I laughed when I read it and then I look at them and it works. Sometimes names just work. They are such sweeties. You are going to have fun raising them. Try planting potatoes to give them a really good place to root.
You never know, the way animals get shipped around, you could hear of a kangaroo that needs a home. Stranger things have happened.

I know you definetly would take a kangeroo if one was in the local rescue! He he. Yeah, pigs need pig names. Betty really is a pig name. I was really keen on Hillary but we decided on Lottie and Betty.

Perhaps Hillary would not have been a good choice. Would Sir Edmund have wanted a pig named after him. Also our American friends might just have a president with the name first name Hillary. (Their election could go either way at this point and it is rather exciting to watch)
I didn't know Betty was a pig name. That shows what I know about pigs, not much.

Oh yeah - if america gets Hillary as president then having a pig called hillary could be seen as offensive. I love pig names - betty, besty - that kind of thing. The longer ones are better  .

Well, I can say that during my research of sugar gliders, I found a lady in British Columbia who bred them, wombats and the small kangaroos.. I can't think of their name... Help!?!?! She had a farm though.. I don't think I could fit a Kangaroo in my new apartment. Maybe a wombat though..

Hi Kenny, nice to hear from you and thanks for letting us know about the parents.
How about the other litter of little pink ones that we saw when we were up? We could have took a couple of them as well!
It was a lovely part of the world around Balerno, I'm from Glasgow originally and haden't really seen around there before.

Regards,
John
